OUR IMPACT

The Citadel Foundation Group supports the local church and its campus ministry. Particularly, our focus is the Capital Campaign to acquire a campus ministry complex. Since 2015, has sponsored $5,000 in student scholarships and over 2,000 meals served. Citadel reaches over 200 students each week through its various programs for the purpose of providing a holistic experience for the students of NC A&T, Bennett College, GTCC, and UNCG. This is one of two bi-annual fundraisers that helps to sustain CFG to continue its works and missions.

Despite the impact upon thousands of college students, The Citadel doesn't have a consistent place of power.  We have moved multiple times in 3 years.  The Citadel Capital Campaign (C3) is our fundraising aim to purchase property near the campuses that we serve for campus ministry and community engagement.

Years Serving communities

Established in 2003, The Citadel has impacted many people beyond the four walls of a church.  People from various denominational backgrounds comprise the Citadel family.  We have sponsored a plethora of community programs to impact hunger, homelessness, youth mentorship and leadership development.

Thousand students Impacted

From purchasing 100’s of pairs of shoes for deserving Greensboro children, to hosting 300+ high school students for leadership development, to adopting a school in Weldon City and awarding thousands of dollars in scholarships and so much more, CFG promotes a transformational atmosphere that has millennials passionate about living their lives on purpose and serving the community.
