OUR STORY

Since 2003, The Citadel of Praise has been a refuge for the lost and a home for believers committed to God’s priorities of faith, family, and service. Under the leadership of Rev. Gregory B. Drumwright, the ministry greW into a movement that ignited revival on college campuses, birthing The Citadel Campus Ministry and drawing hundreds of students to christ.

Today, The Citadel remains devoted to transforming lives through the gospel, empowering generations, and building the beloved community.

OUR HOPE

For over two decades, The Citadel has transformed lives through worship, service, and community empowerment. Our hope is to continue building on this legacy by expanding initiatives that create lasting impact — our partnership with After Gateway, Future workforce development through citadel solutions, child care and education through The Cadets Day Care & Academy, academic support for collegiates through The Hub 4 Hope, and The Adult Education Complex for emerging adults.

Through these efforts, we are creating pathways for spiritual growth, education, leadership, and opportunity—ensuring The Citadel remains a beacon of hope for generations to come.

OUR MISSION

We are a faith-based Christian community that seeks to meet the total human need through life enrichment and communal care regardless of religious identity. We accomplish this through offering educational programs and initiatives for personal development, community-wide outreach and engagement, and opportunities that promote healthy and holistic living for persons regardless of race, religion, gender, class, or orientation. We welcome and extend fellowship and benevolence to all who are persuaded to be servants of Christ and the work of disicipleship.
